Peugeot 206 Timing Belt Replacement
Timing belt failure on a Peogeot 206 was caused by fatigue – the belt wasn’t changed at its due interval, resulting in cylinder head removal to replace damaged valves.

Saab 93 Dual Mass Flywheel & clutch replacement
Lastly for this post, we booked in a 2006 Saab 93 with a harsh knocking noise coming from the engine bay. This was all down to a worn-out DMF (dual mass flywheel) so this was replaced and a new clutch kit fitted – problem solved and a much quieter car!
